At Mellow Sleep, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your new bedding isn't a perfect fit, you have 30 nights to initiate a return for a full refund. We are committed to ensuring your home remains a sanctuary of comfort and quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box; please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric is clean.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
